Resolved - Please be informed that the external service outage affecting the BC365 Plugin has been fully resolved.

The core infrastructure issues reported by Business Central are now cleared. Our team immediately validated the restoration and confirmed that full BC365 Plugin functionality has been restored.

Clients should no longer experience the slowness or intermittent access issues that were reported.

Monitoring - Please be informed that the BC365 Plugin is currently experiencing service disruption, resulting in slowness or intermittent access issues for clients. Payments are NOT impacted - we have confirmed that successful payments continue to be processed for BC365 clients despite the access issues.

This disruption is caused by an external system outage reported by Business Central. Our BC365 service relies on their core infrastructure and will remain impacted until their service is restored.

Our team is actively monitoring Business Central's recovery. We are on standby to immediately validate and restore full plugin functionality the moment their service is back online.
