[SERVICE RESTORED] Delay in Transactions and Balances Information for October 16th
Resolved - The problem with the visibility of transaction data for October 16th has been resolved. Clients should now be able to view this information on the Balances and Transactions page in the plugin and within the Bank Reconciliation Module in their ERP.

Investigating - A problem has been detected at J.P. Morgan that is affecting the ingestion of transaction data for October 16th. As a result, some transaction data may not be visible within the Balances and Transactions page of the plugin and the Bank Reconciliation Module. We are working with J.P. Morgan to restore full functionality and will provide an update once the issue has been resolved.
